Qualifications:
• MD or DO degree
• Active U.S. medical license
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Palliative Care
• Strong background in adult primary care and chronic disease management
• Interest or experience in value-based care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
