• 4-day workweek with built-in and remote admin time

Compensation and Benefits
• Base salary: $180,000–$250,000 (experience-based)
• Monthly production bonus after 9 patients/session
• Most dentists earn $35K–$40K+ annually in bonuses
• Top earners: $250K–$300K+ total compensation
• No cap on earnings
• Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CE, student loan repayment
