Compensation & Benefits
• $400,000 base salary + competitive productivity bonus
• Partnership buy-in after 12 months
• Eligible for Georgia rural physician loan repayment and assistance programs
• 8% employer retirement contribution, 3 Weeks PTO
• Health insurance with 100% of the premium paid by the practice for the physician, with family coverage available
• Complimentary care for physician and their family at the practice, including visits and labs
