An Alabama based health system with over 1000 healthcare professionals is looking to add a BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist to join its employed cardiology group in Northeast Alabama. This is an established team with steady procedural work.
The Opportunity:
Employed position in an established cardiology group with multiple physicians
High procedural volume and dependable referral sources
Modern cath labs and an experienced support staff
Cardiovascular surgery on site, advanced imaging and a full cardiovascular service line
Balanced call schedule
Clinical scope covers Interventional cardiology, including peripheral and vascular procedures
Reading stress tests, Dopplers, carotid studies and echocardiograms
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary up to $700,000, depending on experience
wRVU production incentives

Qualifications
Board certified or board eligible in Interventional Cardiology
Experience reading noninvasive cardiac and vascular studies
Comfortable working in a high-volume, team-based practice
