• Work 182 shifts per year with flexible block scheduling: 7 on / 7 off or 14 on / 14 off

Compensation & Benefits:
• Earn $4,100 per shift; $746,000 annually based on a minimum of 182 shifts
• Sign on bonus of $60,000
