We are seeking a BC/BE Adult or Child-Adolescent Psychiatrist to serve as the Associate Medical Director of our Crisis Stabilization Unit, a role blending strategic leadership with meaningful clinical practice in a highly collaborative, patient-centered environment.
- Partner with the Medical Director to oversee psychiatric and medical services across the CSU, including nursing and support staff
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and medication management
- Enjoy a balanced 50/50 mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities, allowing you to lead while remaining engaged in patient care
- Play a key role in recruitment efforts and serve as a consultant for incoming psychiatric providers
- Flexible hybrid schedule options: mix of virtual and onsite shifts (or 100% onsite if preferred)
