Position Highlights
• Perform a full range of cardiac, thoracic, and/or vascular surgeries in state-of-the-art operating rooms, including one of the nation's best-equipped hybrid ORs
• Collaborate with a supportive network of heart and vascular specialists, including 6 highly productive interventional cardiologists
• Serve an extensive referral network across Southern Missouri and a dynamic five-state region
• Maintain work-life balance with a set clinic schedule, blocked OR time, and a 1:3 call schedule
• J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship supported in a cap-exempt region
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary guarantee of $960,000+ with proven seven-figure earning potential
• Up to $200,000 in recruitment incentives
