A well-established, mission-driven nonprofit behavioral health organization is looking for a Chief Medical Officer to guide its medical strategy and lead its prescriber team. This is a senior executive role with real influence. You will sit at the leadership table, set clinical direction, and help a respected organization grow how it serves people when they need it most.

What you will do
+Set the medical vision and clinical standards across all programs
+Lead, recruit, mentor and retain psychiatrists and advanced practice prescribers
+Drive quality, safety, regulatory compliance and outcomes measurement
+Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategy, growth and value-based care
+Build ties with hospitals, payers and community partners
+Keep a meaningful clinical role providing direct patient care
What you bring
+MD or DO, board certified in Psychiatry
+Medical leadership experience such as Medical Director, CMO or Department Chair
+A collaborative, team-first style and a commitment to community-based care
+Experience with public sector, nonprofit or integrated behavioral health is a strong plus
