A respected behavioral health program on California’s Central Coast is seeking a licensed Child & Adolescent Psychologist to join its growing outpatient team. This is an opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and families while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary clinical team.
The ideal candidate will be committed to family-centered care and enjoy working in a team-based environment with strong clinical support and opportunities for leadership and program development.
The Position:
• $145,000 - $255,000+ comepensation based on experience
• Outpatient Child & Adolescent Psychology Position
• Monday-Friday Schedule
• Opportunity to provide clinical supervision to therapists, social workers, and post-doctoral clinicians
• Provide intake evaluations, individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy
• Candidates with CBT, DBT, ERP, PCIT, and/or substance use treatment experience are highly preferred
• Opportunity to participate in behavioral health education and community outreach initiatives
