• Support a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital & a 60-bed Long-Term Care facility w/ an 11-bed memory care unit
• Variety every week w/ a 70% retail & 30% hospital pharmacy split
• Oversee medication management & clinical support for long-term care & nursing home residents
• Reasonable 70-80 prescriptions per day, so there’s time to counsel patients & catch what matters
• Work directly w/ physicians, nurses, & care teams to fine-tune therapy & improve outcomes
• Practice at the top of your license w/ clinical influence & true decision-making authority
