• Manageable 18-22 patients per clinic session; 71% of patients are 60+, driving steady cataract & glaucoma demand
• Optometrists handle medical management so you can focus on surgery
• Busy from day 1 w/ an established referral network across 10 clinics
• Set your own clinic templates & patient mix
• Your own dedicated assistant, multiple scribes in every clinic, & 75+ techs handling workups, refractions, & testing
• Grow interests in glaucoma/MIGS, cornea, oculoplastics, or LASIK/PRK
• Full diagnostics incl. OCT, Optos, Humphrey VF, Orbscan, & iLASIK w/ Wavescan
• Home base clinic w/ select outreach sites; practice vehicle often provided
• Shared call w/ senior techs triaging after-hours calls
• 36 half-day PTO units + 7 holidays, paid malpractice, 401(k) w/ profit sharing, $3K CME, & AAO/ASCRS dues
