The Practice:
- Referrals from 6 optometrists across 4 clinics within 25 minutes
- Cataract focus, plus glaucoma (including cataract/MIGS) and some intravitreal injections. No detachments, minimal peds
- 3 clinic days and 1 OR day, with room to grow to 2 OR days
- Experienced OR team ready to increase volume as fast as you want
- Flexibility to build your own clinic template
- 2 dedicated nurses plus a float; SLT, YAG, OCT, visual fields, topographer
- No required ER call. Optometry helps cover phone call
- Epic EMR
