You’ll care for a small, affluent and deeply engaged panel in one of the most beautiful mountain communities in the Southeast. This role trades the volume pressure of traditional primary care for lasting patient relationships, proactive wellness and the autonomy to practice at your best.
What Makes This Role Different:
- A light daily schedule of just 5 to 7 patients
- A capped panel of about 350 patients
- $400,000 guaranteed base salary
- Outpatient only, with no hospital admissions or inpatient duties
- 60 minute appointments built for relationship based care
- Four weeks of PTO plus paid holidays
- Motivated, affluent patients who invest in prevention and wellness
- Monday through Thursday, 8am to 5pm, plus every other Friday, 8am to 1pm
