Opportunity
• Practice independently in a true all-CRNA model with no anesthesiologist supervision, providing care across a broad mix of inpatient and outpatient procedures
• Manage approximately 250 cases each month across 3 ORs, 2 GI labs, and 2 procedure rooms, including general surgery, endoscopy, gynecology, obstetrics, orthopedics, ophthalmology, ENT, and podiatry
• Utilize the full scope of CRNA skills, with opportunities for regional anesthesia, obstetric anesthesia, and line placement
• Enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule
• Participate in a shared call rotation, targeted at one weekend in four, with additional compensation for all call coverage
Compensation
• Earning potential exceeding $320,000 annually
• Additional call opportunities paid at $70/hour beyond the contracted minimum, plus $160/hour for callback coverage
• Eligible for a $10,000 annual Quality & Service bonus
• Comprehensive benefits package including sign-on bonus, CME allowance, PTO, and relocation assistance
