Practice:
• Team of 2 Physicians and 4 APPs
• 4 day work week
• Outpatient only practice with 9 exam rooms and 1 procedure room
• Scheduling out one year currently; have the ability to build up your practice quickly

Compensation and Benefits:
• 85th percentile MGMA base salary
• 60K sign-on
• 35 days paid time off
work - not including holidays
