The Opportunity:
- Only specialist office in a busy medical campus building, sharing a suite w primary care, so referrals are high & volume is historically “jammed”
- General “bread & butter” ENT, w room for subspecialty interests if you’re also happy to see general patients
- Mostly outpatient, w OR time at the hospital & a licensed ASC
- Flexible schedule: 4, 4.5 or 5-day week
- APP in clinic to free up your procedure time, plus a manager, MA & staff ready to run the office on Day 1
Compensation & Benefits:
- $535,000 guaranteed salary (negotiable) for 2 years + wRVU bonus on production over the median
- $55,000 sign-on bonus (negotiable)
- $25,000 retention bonus (negotiable)
- 6 weeks PTO
- Full benefits, incl. 403b & 457 Top Hat plans
- J1 & H1B sponsorship available for the right person, H1B transfers accepted
