Thriving, well-established ENT group seeks 7th Otolaryngologist:
• Based at a state-of-the-art "Top 100" hospital, located in the heart of ND’s largest metro
• Strong demand for General ENT + opportunity to subspecialize in sinus, sleep surgery, &/or laryngology if desired
• Current ENTs very willing to provide mentorship
• Plenty of clinical & administrative support: 9 APPs & 6 Audiologists, + highly experienced nursing staff
• Dedicated block OR time from the start, w/ ability to expand based on demand
• General hospital/ED call is shared 1:8 - does not include facial trauma, Head & Neck or Neurotology
• Option to teach medical students & residents
• Flexible block schedule option also available (2 weeks/month or 182 shifts annually – would consist of hospital/ER coverage w/ some minor outpatient surgery)
Compensation & Benefits:
• $700K+ starting base salary with additional wRVU bonuses delivering truly exceptional total earning potential
• $150K signing bonus
