A well-established, physician-owned ENT practice in South Florida is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join its team. This is an expansion opportunity, not a replacement role. The practice has served its community for more than 30 years and is opening a third office in 2027. The owner will lead the new location and is looking for a physician to help run the two existing offices.
The Practice
+ General ENT practice with an established sleep and snoring patient base
+ Room to build and lead the sleep surgery side of the practice, including hypoglossal nerve stimulation, palatal surgery, and multilevel airway procedures
+ Established sleep evaluation workflow, including home sleep testing
+ Flexible on focus: sleep surgery only, a mix with general ENT, or rhinology and sleep together
+ PAs see all initial visits, with the physician seeing first follow-ups and setting the care path
+ In-office surgery in a state-certified Level III OR, with anesthesia provided
+ Hypoglossal nerve stimulation cases are done at a surgery center
+ Hospital and surgery center privileges available if you want them
Schedule + Lifestyle
+ Clinic hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
+ Two surgery days per week
+ No hospital call unless you choose to take it
+ PAs cover office call first, with the physician as backup. Call-ins are rare
Qualifications + Compensation
+ Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery
+ Interest in or familiarity with hypoglossal nerve stimulation, palatal surgery, and DISE is a plus
+ Sleep Medicine certification is a plus, but not required
+ Fellowship training is not required. 2027 graduates welcome
+ Annual base salary of ~350k plus bonus with 7-figure earning potential
