You will join three physicians, two PAs, and four audiologists in this growing practice. The role offers a guaranteed $400,000 base, a two-year partnership track, and partner earnings to $800,000+.
Position Highlights:
• Modern facilities and equipment with In-office CT and a physician-owned surgery center nearby.
• In-office navigated sinus surgery, Balloon Sinuplasty, ClariFix, Hummingbird TTS, and biopsies.
• Ability to accommodate your specialty interests and grow your practice.
• PA, medical assistant, and administrative support with Mod Med EMR and an AI scribe service.
• Light call with no trauma or head and neck call, mostly by phone.
Compensation Details:
• Base Salary Range: $400,000 - $600,000
• Guaranteed base salary with production bonus right from the start
• Partnership after two years with surgery center ownership available.
• Partner earnings expected to reach $800,000+
• Six weeks of PTO plus eight paid holidays
• $50,000 recruitment incentives with sign-on bonus, residency stipend, relocation, and more
