Position Highlights:
• Private, physician‑owned practice with genuine autonomy
• State‑of‑the‑art facilities featuring in‑office CT and advanced procedural capabilities
• Perform a wide range of in‑office procedures including Balloon Sinuplasty, ClariFix, Hummingbird TTS, biopsies, and more

Compensation Details:
• Salary Range: $400,000 - $600,000
• Guaranteed $400,000 base salary plus lucrative production bonus during years 1–2
• Partnership after year two with average partner earnings of $600,000–$750,000
• $50,000 in recruitment incentives including sign‑on bonus, residency stipend, relocation support, and more
• 4+ weeks PTO, plus paid holidays, and a generous CME stipend
