Details:
• Provide continuity of care in a busy walk-in primary care setting (15-25 patients daily)
• Work alongside an experienced, clinically strong physician
• Collaborate with visiting specialists
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. — with flexibility for the right candidate (alternative schedules, including four longer days, will be considered).
Compensation & Benefits
• $120,000 salaried, W-2 position

Ideal Candidate:
• FNP-certified, hardworking, dependable, and comfortable practicing with autonomy
• Spanish fluency strongly preferred given the practice's large Spanish-speaking patient population
• Professional, respectful, and entrepreneurial — someone who thrives working closely with an established solo physician and wants to grow with the practice long-term
