Position Details:
• Join an independent, physician-led organization opening a brand-new Family Medicine clinic
• Practice alongside two experienced physicians, providing mentorship and support as you transition from residency into practice
• Help shape the culture and direction of a new clinic while still having an established team around you
• Outpatient only with no call responsibilities, allowing you to fully disconnect when the workday ends
• See as few as 14 patients per day, giving you time to build relationships and focus on quality rather than volume
• Optional ER and/or Hospitalist shifts for physicians who want to maintain a broader scope of practice
• Stay involved academically with the opportunity to teach and mentor Family Medicine residents as a new residency program launches in 2028
Compensation Details:
• Hospital-employed position with a salary guarantee and incentive structure exceeding $350,000 annually
• $100,000 sign-on bonus plus a comprehensive benefits package
• Unique 6-month paid sabbatical every 10 years of employment
• PSLF-eligible employer
