The Position:
• Hospital-employed Family Medicine opportunity within UMC's growing outpatient clinic network
• Hybrid practice model combining traditional primary care with walk-in/same-day access care
• Build and maintain your own patient panel while enjoying clinical variety throughout the day
• No inpatient responsibilities, call, or weekend coverage
• Competitive compensation package featuring a $245,000 guaranteed base salary, up to $15,000 quarterly incentive bonus ($60,000 annually), plus loan repayment, relocation assistance, CME, and comprehensive benefits
