• Step into an established panel of 750-850 loyal patients w/ immediate volume
• Light Medical Director role: a half to full day weekly for compliance & oversight of 2 onsite PAs

• $300K+ guaranteed evergreen base w/ 3% annual increases; up to $342K+ total cash in year 1
