Practice Details:
• Join a team of 22 other Providers, 13 Physicians and 9 APP’s
• Passionate about helping underserved populations and diverse cultures
• 4 day week schedule with a client population that spans all age groups, from infants to elders
• Average around 16 patients per day
• Epic EMR
• Walking into a long standing health system with a great community reputation

Compensation and Benefits:
• Extremely competitive guaranteed base salary + $100,000 Sign-On Bonus
