Integrated Health team Primary Care Opportunity
Work in a multi-disciplinary care model with NP's, Psychiatrists, therapists, addiction recovery providers, care coordinators, certified medical assistants, and more.
Opportunity:
• 4-day, 32 hour work week
• 5 hours of Administrative and Care Coordination per week.
• Direct Primary Care position
• Must practice across the lifespan youth through adults

• Must be open to all patient populations within a critical access community mental health setting
• Participate in on-call schedule- paid separate from salary
Compensation/Benefits:
• 325K +
• Opportunity for director/ leadership role for experienced providers 50/50 clinical/ administrative
• PTO 20 days front-loaded and CME + allowance
