The Practice:
• 4-day workweek, clinic 10:00 AM-4:30 PM
• 12-15 patients/day so you can practice the way you trained, not race the clock
• Outpatient Family Medicine w/ light hospital rounding (3-5 patients) each morning
• Brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic under construction; this is a growth role, not a replacement
• Established demand means a full schedule from day one, not years spent building a panel
• Epic w/ AI-assisted documentation to cut charting time

Compensation & Incentives:
• Guaranteed base salary w/ total earning potential of $275K-$410K
• $120K incentive package you tailor to your needs:
• $70K sign-on bonus
• $25K relocation
