• 300+ deliveries a year in a program that depends on FMOBs to deliver
• Midwife-first call: CNMs triage & carry their own panels, so you’re called when it counts
• OB/GYN & CNM partners, w/ an MD always on call for C-sections
• Off means off: no calls on your days off, w/ locums backup & extra pay for added call
• Dedicated OR team, 5-bed ICU, & strong nurse staffing
• 4D ultrasound, 3D mammography, & on-site diabetes education for gestational patients
• MFM partnerships in Wichita & Kansas City for higher-risk pregnancies

Package
• Guaranteed base salary of $325K-$350K plus productivity
