THE OPPORTUNITY
-Join an established, collegial group of 26 FM providers (16 physicians, 10 APPs).

-Competitive base salary negotiable based on experience
-2-year partnership track
-Flat hierarchy – All shareholders are equal
-Partner earnings in the high-400s + lucrative investment dividends and up to 43.5k in profit sharing helps shareholders maximize their pretax retirement savings!
-30k in recruitment incentives
-5 weeks PTO (7 weeks year 3 and up to 9 weeks year 15)
