An independent critical access hospital in western Minnesota is hiring a Family Medicine physician for its collaborative primary care clinic. The role is mostly outpatient with light inpatient and ER coverage. A 4-day week and 7+ weeks of PTO leaves plenty of time to enjoy the exceptional outdoor recreational activities and enjoy the community.
Position Highlights:
• Outpatient clinic with a 12-bed critical access hospital, Level IV Trauma ER, 2 operating rooms, and a full complement of visiting specialists.
• 4-day work week
• 15 to 18 patients per day with support from 2 RNs, an LPN, and an MA.
• Light inpatient census and rounding on your own patients.
• 1:5 clinic call from home plus 1 ER and hospital weekend per month
• Epic EMR
Compensation Details:
• Guaranteed Base Salary: $300,000 to $320,000.
• Production bonus earning potential to $400,000+.
• Additional call shifts are available for extra compensation.
• $30,000 sign-on bonus and $30,000 annual retention bonus after year one.
• $25,000 residency stipend available plus relocation and CME
• 7+ weeks of PTO
