• Flexible scheduling options with 4, 4.5, or 5-day workweek – build position in your vision, prioritizing work-life balance or total earning potential
• No call, no nights, no weekends
• Optional C-sections or serve as first assist (mentorship available, if desired)
• Manageable clinic patient volume in the low to mid-teens
• Option to pick up additional shifts, including ER, for increased earning potential

• Up to a $3250,000 guarantee
