An independent hospital in Northwest Iowa is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join its outpatient primary care team. The role includes a Medical Director stipend for overseeing the advanced practice providers. You will work in a fully renovated clinic with a dedicated support staff member and a 4-day week. Guaranteed base salary up to $300,000 and production bonus put total earning potential at $400,000+.
Position Highlights:
• Outpatient primary care with a 4-day week and 32 patient-facing hours.
• Join a collaborative team of 3 physicians, 5 nurse practitioners and 1 physician assistant.
• Volume starts at 12-15 patients per day and builds to 15-18.
• Practice in a fully renovated outpatient clinic with modern exam rooms and an onsite lab.
• Each provider has a dedicated clinical support staff member.
• J1 and H1B visa candidates are supported.
Compensation Details:
• Guaranteed base salary up to $300,000, including a $25,000 Medical Director stipend.
• wRVU production bonus with $50,000 to $100,000 in additional income possible.
• Total earning potential of $400,000+, with more possible for scopes and other procedures.
• $120,000 in recruiting incentives
• 6+ weeks of PTO, CME stipend and relocation assistance.
