Birth volumes have tripled in 7 years, creating an opportunity for a Family Medicine w/ Obstetrics physician to join one of the Midwest's strongest rural FMOB programs, where physicians practice the way they choose.
Details:
• True full-spectrum FMOB in a physician-led, independent Critical Access Hospital
• Join 8 FM physicians (7 do OB, 6 do C-sections), an OB/GYN, & 4 CNMs (5th coming)
• 246 deliveries last year, ~270 projected this year
• Build your mix: OB, Women's Health, Family Medicine, Procedures, or a blend
• C-sections welcomed, not required; proven onsite C-section training pathway
• 24/7 MFM & tele-neonatology via a Minneapolis children's hospital
• 1:8 call w/ ~6 weekends/yr, home call option; most shifts 0-1 deliveries
• Post-call day off & blocked morning clinic
• 4-day week, 9-5, 12-15 patients/day
• Dedicated OB nurses & OB/GYN backup
• EPIC EMR
Package:
• $311K+ guaranteed base
• $24K+ OB stipend + $24K+ hospital call stipend + $10K+ C-section incentive
• $371K+ total guaranteed before productivity
• $26.52/wRVU above 3,000 + $4K/yr per APP supervised
• $50K sign-on + $20K relocation
• Up to $150K loan repayment over 5 years + $30K each year after
• 5 weeks PTO, $4K CME, retirement, 8-12 weeks parental leave
