Details:
• Join 8 FM physicians (7 do OB, 6 do C-sections), an OB/GYN, & 4 midwives (5th coming)
• 250 deliveries last year, ~270 projected; ~30% high-risk keeps skills sharp
• Midwife support at all times, plus OB/GYN & FMOB backup
• 24/7 MFM & tele-neonatology from a Minneapolis children’s hospital
• Proven onsite C-section mentorship; motivated physicians can train in months
• 1:8 call, ~6 weekends/yr, take call from home; most shifts have 0-1 deliveries
• Post-call day off, blocked morning clinic, & protected rounding time
• 4-day week, 9-5, 12-15 patients/day, w/o heavy productivity pressure
• Dial OB volume up or down as your career & family evolve
• Gen Surg, Ortho, Psych, Oncology, IM, & integrated behavioral health onsite
• Physician-led, independent Critical Access Hospital on Epic
• Residents & experienced FMOBs welcome; mentorship built in
Package:
• $311K base + $24K OB stipend + $24K call stipend + $10K C-section incentive
• $371K+ guaranteed before productivity
• $26.52/wRVU over 3,000 + $4K/yr per APP supervised + extra call pay
• $50K sign-on + $20K relocation
• Up to $150K loan repayment over 5 yrs, then $30K/yr
• 5 weeks PTO, 8-12 weeks parental leave, $4K CME, retirement
