This nationally recognized, 139-bed multi-hospital health system pairs system resources with community-practice autonomy and a supportive administration that invests in the program and keeps physicians free of administrative burden.
The Practice:
• 70% outpatient / 30% inpatient, 8a-5p
• 60K patient catchment with no local competition
• Clinic of 20-25 patients per day; brand new office on the hospital campus in 2026
• Inpatient service averages about 10 patients plus reads
• Read your own echo and nuclear studies
• 2 APPs, device nurses, heart failure clinic, RNs, MAs, and cardiac CT onsite
• New elective PCI program and a growing STEMI program
• Leadership quickly approves new staff and equipment that improve patient care
Compensation and Benefits:
• $631K guaranteed base for 2 years; proven earnings of $750K
• $200K signing bonus paid out your way, plus paid relocation
• 5 weeks PTO + 6 holidays + 1 personal day
• CME: 4 days and $2,200
• 403(b) and 457 with 4% match, PSLF-eligible employer, full medical and dental
• H1B and J1 Waiver sponsorship; Canadian-trained physicians welcome
