Practice:
• Defined 5-6 year transition w/ a senior partner, then lead the practice
• Immediate volume from a loyal patient base ®gional referral network
• Broad general surgery: hernia, chole, appy, colon, breast, & endoscopy
• 4-day week: 2 clinic days & 2 OR days, about 52 more days off a year than a 5-day job
• Call 1 week/month; avg 3-4 after-hours calls a week, & about 1 trip in per week
• No OB or C-section coverage, which keeps nights quiet
• Experienced OR team & strong clinical support
• Room to grow services & develop your clinical interests
• Hospital-employed: no overhead, billing, or practice management

Compensation:
• $450K guaranteed base w/ no end date, regardless of production
• $120K retention bonus
