• Turnkey opportunity: built-in referral base + recruitment is due to upcoming retirement (scheduled for end of 2025)
• Bread & Butter General Surgery with scopes – nicely varied case mix
• 1:1 dedicated APP support
• Highly competent OR team: great relationship w Anesthesia and well-tenured techs & nurses
• Minimal call, taken primarily by phone - 10 days/mo. or less. Generous 1 hr return-to-facility & no trauma
• Option for robotics 1-2 days/mo.
