• Multiple APP's, RN's work closely with the inpatient team on consults & appointment arrangements, allowing the physician to focus on evaluation and treatment.
• EPIC EMR.
• Inpatient nocturnist handles first call -- typically 1 out of every 3 shifts.
• This new physician would have the opportunity to take action and provide input on protocols, processes and future direction.
• Annual earning potential - $700,000 with incentive opportunity, student loan assistance, retirement contribution, FSA, and more.
• Large extended network with over 1,000 physicians in this system.
