The demand is already here, and you’ll help shape a growing GI hospitalist program from Day 1.
• $780K+ base salary + additional wRVU bonus potential
• Up to $20K annual quality bonus + APP supervision stipends
• Sign-on bonus, relocation, loan repayment & $2,500/month fellowship stipend
• 7 on/7 off block schedule – longer blocks (up to 14 on/14 off) also considered
• Practice within a regional health system anchored by a Level II Trauma Center – great acuity & case variety
• Dedicated GI Hospitalist APPs help start consults, round & handle follow-up
• Most overnight issues can wait until morning – calls are mostly by phone
• ERCP/EUS welcomed, not required
• Quick, organized hiring process – contract terms negotiated physician-to-physician
• Experienced GIs and 2027/2028 fellows encouraged to apply
• J-1 waiver sponsorship available through the Delta Regional Authority (no cap on waivers, unlike Conrad 30) and in-house immigration legal support
