This multi-specialty Ophthalmology practice is looking for a Glaucoma Specialist to join their partnership track. Tremendous clinical and surgical support that allows you to practice at the top of your license. Compensation is above 90th percentile with top physicians making $1 million and more while enjoying a great work/life balance.

Position Highlights:
• Join a physician owned group of 11 Ophthalmologists and 12 Optometrists.
• Enjoy a friendly staff of technicians who are well trained, efficient and highly skilled to perform all work ups, assist providers, and work the EMR system.
• Physician owned Surgical Center specializing in ophthalmology located adjacent to the main facility.
• Extraordinary work/life balance with 1:8 call, no weekends, holidays or nights.

Compensation Details:
• Transparent 2-year partnership track with total earnings above 90th percentile and top earners making $1 million+.
• Guaranteed base salary years 1 and 2 with lucrative production bonus.
