A physician-led healthcare organization in the heart of the Midwest is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist (Hem Onc) to join a collaborative, growing Oncology team in an outpatient-focused practice environment.
Position Highlights:
• Primarily outpatient practice with minimal inpatient responsibilities
• Balanced Monday–Friday schedule (8:00am–4:30pm) supporting a sustainable lifestyle
• Light 1:5 shared call
• Flexible clinical scope – practice general Hem/Onc or incorporate subspecialty interests as desired
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of subspecialists in a collegial, high-functioning environment
Compensation & Benefits:
• $615,986 guaranteed base salary with uncapped productivity incentives
• Proven earning potential exceeding $1MM annually
• $50,000 sign-on bonus and/or residency stipend
• Up to $420,000 in student loan forgiveness
• 6 weeks of PTO
