Opportunity Highlights
• Accredited Comprehensive Cancer Center with in-house PET/CT, Infusion Center, Genetic Counseling, Cancer Navigators, Lab Draw and so much more.
• Excellent work-life balance, offering an outpatient focused practice, 4-day in clinic schedule plus 1 admin day and no call responsibilities
• Reasonable volume seeing approximately 14 patients per day, a mix of new patients, follow-ups and infusions - balanced between hematology and oncology
• Occasional consults done with physicians, attend tumor boards and care for patients in a true team-based environment
• Epic EMR, comprehensive cancer center, 3DCRT, 15 Infusion chairs, excellent support staff and care coordination
Candidate Qualifications
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Oncology or hematology experience strongly preferred
• Experienced APPs from other clinical medicine specialties encouraged to apply
• Oncology nursing experience also highly valued
