Details:
• Serve a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital & a 60-bed Long-Term Care facility, including an 11-bed memory care unit
• Balanced mix of 70% retail & 30% hospital pharmacy
• Lead medication management & clinical support for long-term care & nursing home residents
• Manageable 70-80 prescriptions per day, leaving time to counsel patients & provide personalized care
• Partner directly w/ physicians, nurses, & care teams to optimize therapy & improve outcomes
• Practice at the top of your license w/ meaningful clinical input & decision-making authority
Growth Opportunities:
• Work side by side w/ the Director of Pharmacy on departmental initiatives & strategic planning
