Hospitalist | Family Medicine | 7-on/14-off Schedule | Up to $360K Salary | Iowa

Unique Hospitalist position for a Family Medicine trained physician to join a top critical access hospital in Iowa.

Practice Details:
• Flexible schedule options include: 7-on/7-off, 7-on/14-off or 4-on/7-off
• Hybrid model shared with 6 other FM physicians
• Full scope Family Medicine includes newborn, pediatric and adult
• No procedures required but able to be incorporated if interested
• Ability to be 1st assist for c-sections when primary OB provider is not available
• Typical census is 6-12 patients
• Hospital expects completion this year on a $48 million investment in facilities

Compensation Details:
• Employed position between $314K - $360K for just 141 days per year – average of anywhere between $2,200 - $2,500 per day
