The program is moving to a 7 on/7 off model once fully staffed, giving you half the year free.
At full capacity, the hospitalist service will include 6 physicians and 5 experienced Advanced Practice Providers. These APPs are seasoned clinicians, so you’ll share the workload with colleagues who know the hospital and the patients well. The staff is lead by an experienced Hospitalist Medical Director who is already on staff.
Clinical Support
6-bed ICU, EPIC EMR
Pulmonary consultation on staff
Strong Emergency Room with expansion plans already in the works
18-20 on average, admission volume is 5-6
Schedule
Current model: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on site, followed by 12 hours of home call, then off
Future model: 7 on/7 off once the program reaches full staffing estimated by July, 2027
