Details:
• Join 3 Neonatologists & 4 experienced APPs
• 22-bed Level III NICU averaging a daily census of 14-15
• ~2,300 deliveries & ~260 NICU admissions annually
• Manage infants from 23 weeks gestation
• Broad case mix incl. VLBW infants, therapeutic hypothermia, advanced respiratory disease, & neonatal critical care
• Full-spectrum tools: jet & oscillator ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, & complete ventilatory support
• Real autonomy w/ direct input on clinical decisions & unit protocols
• Predictable schedule: 1 full-service week per month + 2-3 nights in the remaining weeks
