Details:
• Team of 3 Neonatologists & 4 experienced APPs
• 22-bed Level III NICU w/ an average daily census of 14-15
• ~2,300 annual deliveries & ~260 NICU admissions
• Care for infants as early as 23 weeks gestation
• Diverse case mix: VLBW infants, therapeutic hypothermia, complex respiratory disease, & neonatal critical care
• High-frequency jet & oscillator ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, & full ventilatory support
• True physician autonomy w/ a direct voice in clinical decisions & care protocols
• Sustainable schedule: 1 full-service week per month + 2-3 night shifts during remaining weeks
• Collaborative, family-centered unit built on evidence-based care
