• 22-bed Level III NICU | Avg census 14–15 | ~2,300 deliveries & 260 admissions/year
• Care for infants down to 23 weeks w/ balanced acuity (VLBW, cooling, respiratory support)
• Join 3 Neonatologists + 4 experienced NNPs/PAs in a collaborative, autonomous model
