Position Highlights
• Outpatient Primary Care with optional hospital and ER coverage
• Strong clinical and administrative support
• Low volume 1:5 call rotation
• Manageable patient load of 10–12 per day, supporting meaningful patient relationships
• Open to Physician Assistants
• Epic EMR
Compensation
• Base salary: $120,000–$165,000
• Production bonus and optional additional call pay
• Signing bonus and CME stipend
• 4+ weeks of PTO, plus sick leave, and 5 CME days
• Additional Emergency Medicine shifts available with significant supplemental compensation
