Nurse Practitioners with Primary Care or direct Geriatrics experience encouraged to apply/
Position:
• 100% outpatient role via a 4-day work week.
• No call, weekends, nights, or holidays.
• 8-12 patients per day: wellness visits, hospital follow ups, acute illness, etc.
• Average patient age of 80 with focus on complex comorbidity management.
